Visited my local dealer and received this quote on a 2019 NSX. Was able to get the manager to offer up the full $20k dealer cash and an additional 3k to discount the vehicle. With a 51% residual on a 36 month / 5K a month miles / and .00285 money factor the payment is still in the $2K range. Online lease calculators show this is about right. It would take about $30k down to get the payment around $1.3 -$1.1k. How were people getting in the $1.3 payment range with 0 down?
