Tons of valuable information here, helped me a lot but still need some help.
Please see below the number from a local dealer for 2K DAS and 10k miles per year (3 years), When I punch the number in the calculator I come up with pre-tax monthly payment of $288 versus $314 from the dealer. I cant seems to reconcile the numbers. The deal seems good regardless of the dealer not using the advertise selling price $32,447 and dealer fees included in price.

Cap reduction is not your incentives. Per Edmunds, it is $1080 this month on the CX-9 Touring FWD. This is much closer to what the dealer is proposing
Thank you BoardWalkNJ for the clarification! It seems a good deal but not a great one. Looks like the publish sales price difference is the removal of the $2,750 customer cash Mazda offer.
