2019 BMW 330i lease - a good deal?

Hi, lease newbie here. I would really appreciate feedback on this lease offer for a 2019 BMW 330i. Not sure if cap cost should/could be removed entirely for a true “0 down” and if that would make a difference to monthly fee (I’m leasing for 15k, which drives all quotes up).

Thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance!

$5000 down? and 436 a month after that? it’s bad deal. Is 1750 your only discount on MSRP?
ohh man you are also paying MSds

The 5k includes 7 MSD @ $450 (accounts for $3150) , and Drive off (accounts for the remaining $2300). I don’t like that it isn’t clear in the sheet. Also I wanted 0 down, so still need to double back to get the cap cost reduction & its tax fee removed. MSRP was 46,310, so cap cost at 40,752 is 12% off that.

I just got the 49,000 MSRP from my cousin @ south Bay BMW for 2000 total out of pocket 498 Tax included

Are you sure you are related?

For getting a 3000$ loser deal i guess so

In any case, your total cost of lease is $21000 (minus MSDs). Plug in your numbers in the calculator available here and you’ll understand where you can negotiate or what the actual number is.

thank you! when I plug in the numbers I’m getting different something different. Calculator shows higher drive off but lower monthly lease. I’m doing something wrong here! But… otherwise it is still 12% off MSRP and MF is .00058, RV stays at 58%…so I think decent deal at $436???

I’m also looking to lease a 330i, you guys think we have room for better deal? 46410msrp, after all savings 36315. After taxes tag… 40386. 36mo 12k miles 3000 out of pocket and 399 a month including taxes.

If you don’t mind, what’s your cousins info? I want to go to SB BMW to get a 330i that has an MSRP of about 48k

AWESOOOOME. Thanks a ton. Do you have his email address also?

At that price, with a family hookup, I assume you meant to say this was on a 2020 M340 and not a '19 330, right?

U are probably like one of those delusional customers i get at the dealership i work at

There are several threads on here of people getting m340s in the $500 a month range…

That’s possible with a very nice DP. The 59k MSRP i got quoted 635 0 out of pocket and that was calculated at close to a 4000 below invoice

It’s also possible without, as evident by the many threads of people getting them and brokers posting deals available in the $500 range with minimal drive offs.

For example: BMW October i3 M340i 530i Specials GA FL SC NC AL TN TX NO Broker Fees $499 plus tax with only 1st, acquisition, and dealer fee at signing
