I did see Aronchi’s deal with the $44,865 selling price. I believe his dealer is in NJ where they are charging a $499 doc fee opposed to this NY dealer charging a $75 doc fee. I assume that difference washes out the difference in the selling price. Does that thinking make sense?
Lots of tech package at dealer’s lot. Best quote I got was $515 all in, first month DAS. 15-20 dollars room for negotiation I believe. I am in NJ.

So the dealer said he would offer the deal at 12k miles per year. I emailed another dealer and he would match that deal and take $19 off per month. So same numbers above for $450 per month with 12k miles. Thanks Jdy21 for suggesting there was another $15-20 room for negotiation. You hit that right on the head.

Ok, that will make all in around $515 per month. That is good enough. I am cross shopping QX60 and equivalent model (essential+pro assist) will cost me 430/per month all in. Still hesitating but not sure if I can stand that old school interior, although MDX’s is old too.

Didn’t actually get the sale price on the $450 per month, 36/12k but based on the my initial post, it is going to be lower than the $45,261.24 which was also calculated on 36/10k.

Was the MSRP of $52,295 for a Tech with additional options (I assume so)? I’m getting lease offers for the tech with an MSRP of $50,295.

The MDX quote I posted was for an AWD with Tech package. That one is the standard AWD with tech package MSRP.
