According to edmunds, Acura is giving $3525 in incentives, so youā€™re getting 10% off MSRP. Iā€™ve seen better on here, but itā€™s still better than what most people are getting and pretty close to 1%. MF factor sucks, but you canā€™t really control that, and I donā€™t think you can do MSDs with Acura.

Hi there! Can you guys give me your input on whether this is a good deal or not?

I am currently in a 2016 MDX FWD w/ Tech with 5 payments remaining at $515/month (taxes included). I am allowed 10K miles a year and Iā€™m already at 34,500 miles with 6 months remaining on the lease. I recently changed the tires on this car and did the whole oil change and air filter change works (~$950)

I visited a Florida dealer today and was offered the pull ahead program where they will basically take my out of my current lease and put me into a new one with no fees associated with the mile overage.

Here are the details:

2019 Acura MDX FWD w/ Tech package 36/10
MSRP: $50,295
Sell Price: $44,225
Residual: 58% $29,171

$1,500 down includes first payment, tax, tag fees
Monthly payment: $500 (taxes included)

Does anyone know know what the lease residuals and money factor is on a 2019 Acura MDX SH-AWD w/ Tech Package & Advanced Package as of 02-03-2019 for 36 months and 39 months at 12,000 miles per year and 15,000 miles per year? Thank you very much in advance!

12k is 56% .001 MF for 36 months, the 39 month program doesnā€™t work for acura.
