Figured out the dealer is marking up the acquisition to 1000 and has 700 in dealer fees

The current offer is 450 a month with 3000 TOP

Your best bet is to calculate all the incentives and aim for 10% off MSRP. Making up numbers like 400 per month with no underlying math isn’t going to help.

Usually they mark up the acq fee to 995. So I would just use that.

Looks like incentives are down based on Volvo payment estimator. Unless it’s not finished updating.

T5 MOM AWD: $2000 allowance, $3200 lease cash
T6 MOM AWD: $3750 allowance

West coast (LA) still 6250 for T6.

Volvo certainly will. The dealers are just choosing not to or are ignorant of the process.

I already have the offer for
450 a month and
2900 TOP which includes 450 first month, 715 dealer fee, 400 reg fee, 1200 down and 120 in cap tax

I want to try and get it lower to 400 a month
Idc how they do it… either by lowering the sales price or removing some fees.

I just want to know if this would be a good deal by LH standards

But the question is: is it possible to lower it to 400. What is the selling price? Are you getting 10% off msrp already. If they waive the whole dealer fee of 715 that is only like $19 per month.
You need to have a bases to support your numbers.

So right off the bat that isn’t LeaseHackr material.
You should aim for a selling price of 43650
10% off 58500 = 5850 + 3k (a plan) + 6k (incentives) = 14850
58500 - 14850 = 43650
But again not everyone can get 10% off MSRP. Depends on your market.

Currently it is about 6.7 % MSRP before
6000 Volvo incentive
3000 Costco cash

Should I be going for more?

If you review any of the hundreds of Volvo threads you will see a leasehackr deal is 10% off msrp.

Not only are you not getting 10% but you have $715 in some random dealer fee.

You need to type out all the numbers how you want them and e-mail them to the dealer. If they take it then great otherwise move on if you want a hackr deal.

About an 8.5% discount after you account for the marked up fees and no MSDs on top of that. So it’s not a bad deal, but it’s not an amazing deal by any means. I’d at least tell them no MSD no deal.

Much improved previous.

What state are you ?

Pay $400 to @nyclife or @Benedetto and still get a better deal, if June numbers are comparable to May.
