Ok, I was just going by what the lease calculator says, but I put a question mark because I thought it had changed, but was not sure.
From the LH calculator:
Tax is levied upfront on the sales price (e.g. VA, GA).
Yes, that needs changed.

I’m working a deal there. It’s 7% of the monthly.
I was able to get a deal today $220/mo tax included $0 Drive offs everything was rolled into the monthly payment.

Woodland Hills and DTLA would not even match Seth’s aka Rubbergash’s deal on the Tiguan S. My daughter opted for the 36 month lease with $629 DAS and $199 month. I did not have a F&F certificate. Seth made it a very easy transaction for my daughter and I would definitely recommend him. The numbers he gave on his spreadsheet are exactly the same on the lease contract so he is very transparent.

For the guys mentioning the MF is marked up, which seems like it is, can they not buy it down with MSD or do you not accept it?

I just picked up a Tiguan at Timmons last night for the same deal as @Deepak_Jain minus the F&F certificate.
They wouldn’t come close to this price a week ago, but I dropped Deepak’s name and they invited me in to sign papers. They are well aware that this deal is on the internet.

So this dealer in NoVa says its $139 per month with $1000 down or $169 per month with $0 down. But they wouldn’t give breakup unless I show up. They did say that this doesn’t include any incentives. Should I go there?

What about other drive off fees. They may say zero down payment but you still need to pay acquisition, tax, doc fee ect. Usually going down to the dealership without a worked out deal is a waste of time.
