2019’s are now showing up on dealer websites which means we should be able to get a better deal now on the '18 models.

I wonder if incentives will increase next month for this old inventory…

Please review this deal and advise

Looks like a good deal. What dealer was it? This year most RX’s around $52k we’re having payments of around $520 w a few MSD’s and drive off fees.

Can you also please let me know which dealership? Thanks.

Hi guys, I’m new to this forum. I have been reading up on a lot of threads about RX 350 and RX 350L on this website and I really appreciate your inputs. I plan on going shopping in central/norcal and I wanted to get some tips on how to bargain for a great deal. Alot of the shared deals I have been looking at are a few months back. Please let me know if I need to post this somewhere else. Thank you.

Hey guys,

I’m in NJ/NY area.

MSRP (premium package at $55,763)
Selling Price $49,146 (11.9% discount)
36k/10k miles
MF = .00055
Residual 55%
Tax is 7.025% (includes 0.4% luxury tax in NJ)
Downpayment of $1500 (includes first month)
Lease cash $1750

Dealer offered $565 monthly.

Anyone think this is a good or bad deal?

Thanks in advance!

I think it’s a fair deal. there’s definitely more meat on the bone. try to get at least 10% before Lexus cash. At this point I would wait at least till tomorrow because we should get the new incentives. Maybe we will get a few hundred bucks extra incentive from Lexus.

NJ taxes are comprised of two different things:

6.625% of your total lease cost
0.4% of the selling price if SP >$45K

Thanks. That is a good clarification.

I’m at 11.9% without lease cash.

sorry I thought this was after lease cash. then you have a pretty good deal.

If anyone is interested, I’ve just secured the following deal on an '18 RX350L in the LA area. I could’ve gotten the exact same car for a few hundred less, but this particular one was the last '18 in the area in the color my wife wanted.

36/7.5k miles

MSRP: $56088
Selling Price: $49,029 (12.6% discount)
MF = .00003 (.00035 before MSDs)
MSDs = $2300
Residual: 56%
Tax: 9.5%
Zero drive-offs
Lease cash: $2250

$532/month
Leasehackr score: 9.2 for a 10k miles, so I’m guessing ~9.5 for a 7.5k lease

So there is more lease cash in CA than NJ (2250 vs 1750)?

Dealer is ripping you off. Lease cash is 2250 apparently … Check

The websites in NJ/NY definitely still say $1750 unless that has updated since yesterday.

Hapa997 that is a great deal. I’m interested in how conversation goes. No dealer is willing to go down that steep in selling price here and also our MF = .00055.

I need help with some negotiating strategies more than just knowing the MF and Residual.

How have some on this forum got the “selling price” or “capitalized cost” down. Everyone is playing hardball and I wonder if that is a result of just that it is the beginning of the month. HELP fellow LEASEHACKRS!

Use the MSD … With 1500 in MSD instead of downpayment and getting the 2250 Lexus cash, you should be able to get this sub 500

Lexus website says the 2.25k is across NorthEast

Offer includes $2,250 in Lease Cash incentives applied as a capitalized cost reduction. Monthly payment may vary depending on final price of vehicle & your qualifications. You pay $0.25 per mile over 10,000 per year. See dealer for vehicle and lease program details. Must take delivery by 10/31/2018. Offer available in WV, VA, PA, MD, DE, NJ, CT, NY, RI, MA, NH, ME.
