2018 Buick Encore Preferred FWD $145/mo

cap cost reduction was $5787.38 ($5750) was rebates so they applied $37 of my $1089 not sure why or how that worked out. payment is $93.01

the $1089 was due at signing

any advice or info on this deal is greatly appreciated as im new to the lease game

You got a phenomenal deal, no doubt about it…but I’m not sure how “ammount to be paid in cash” was 1089. Do you know what that 1089 breaks down to? What was the DMV fee? Documentation Fee? etc… it may be that some of it went into further reducing cap cost?

how did you find out about this?

Shops price match tire rack.

the breakdown is above…The fees equal $1051 and the rest is applied towards cap cost ($37)

tire rack prices aren’t all THAT great. Some guy I was talking to has some tire rack branded credit card (or from some other online tire store, i forgot) that gets him $ off a set of tires and on top of it he waits until there are rebates, between the two he gets some sort of decent pricing but i don’t know the details.

Well, I saved about $50 per tire by price matching them. They do have great sales.

Grats! Looks like @mani_is_kool is killing it with the Encores right now.

the shipping is often times a deal breaker. Discount tire direct usually doesn’t charge shipping. I actually have to start looking for some tires now, need some 225/55/17s.

You don’t need to buy from tire rack, what shipping?

Im literally working here with them lmao. Ask @Jeoroc124 and @Whereswilder !!

when you order from them directly. I know what you’re saying, price match locally but then local taxes apply when would otherwise not apply. It’s not all that great.

Saving $200 on 4 tires is not great, even after tax?
p.s. tax was about $30 in VA

saving $200 is great but correct me if i’m wrong, but what you’re really doing is paying “tire rack prices”, just locally. You are then often times required to pay mounting/balancing with those stores which is usually higher than if you went to costco etc.

I was looking for something a little more “hackr-worthy”. Like what i described above. I’m literally sitting here trying to decide if i want to put money towards tires which I need at this point or to lease swap out of my car and lease another car. That’s how much i hate paying for tires.

Yes, but I’m paying their sale price. In my case, Michelins at local NTB were about $227 each and on sale for about $175 at tire rack. I paid tax, but no shipping that would be involved with tire rack. Mounting/balancing was like $16 per tire, I think.

that’s actually pretty cheap.

I can vouch that Mani is legit. I just went today and joined his group lease on the Buick Encore. As advertised! Great Deal! Thanks again.

@KEVIN88GT having a hard time getting your final number. Assuming the Cap Cost Reduction was 5,750, what was your gross cap cost and adj cap cost? Thanks in advance!
