2018 Buick Encore Preferred FWD $145/mo

I thought I read recently about a discussion regarding that.

Capped at 2 visits. 2020

Wow. Nice. Took it down the 1/4 mile yet?

Raced them side by side. The sedan is still faster since it is so much lighter. Already over 50 before you are through the intersection.

Just curious why the Encore lease? The Teslas are polar extreme compared to the Buick in both function and form

Take it to the local 1/4 mile track and shock some ZO6, hellcat, GTR owners

Funny thing is it was kind of an evolution and it took me a while to figure out what to do.

I started on the BMW lot as a result of a mailer they sent me (offering to pay off the last 6 payments if I leased a 7 series). I looked at the 7 series and wasn’t impressed with the base model. They didn’t really have anything except for the new M5 to match my acceleration (only to 60 mph). They even went so far as to drive an i8 to the house for us to test drive. Ultimately I decided that if I was going to do another $1000+ payment it would be a Tesla, and since I already had one for the next 3 years I might was well do something cheap.

Somewhere in the process I realized that everything was going to seem slower and clunkier than what I was use to so it didn’t matter. The Encore is slow, but it does the job. It is a second car that gets driven a couple times a month when my wife goes out of town. Cheap is the ultimate solution in this case.

Wait, so the first two oil changes with the buick are free?

And it’s two visits, 24k miles, so make sure to do it before you go over 24k. My 2nd one on my Malibu was over 24k due to a prior warranty change on recall, so I only got one “scheduled” change for free. I actually ended up with three though between the scheduled, warranty repair and subsequent recall, so I can’t complain too much.

Yes before 2 years or 24,000 miles.

Many Thanks to the op

Ended up doing a deal with 12 k miles 24 months
$160 a months sign and drive

Better than what I got from Martin Cadillac in LA. I got $189 a month after CA taxes with zero down and zero at signing (customer cash) for 24 months at 12K miles a year. That was the preferred model 2WD only. I got another one with 15K miles a year same as above 24Mos for $221 a month. Residual on both were $15K and $14.3K respectively (doesn’t matter because both my friends will not buy at end of lease)…

Good deal @Rosen perhaps we’ll start a local chapter of a Buick Encore club :smirk:. I put about 100 miles on on it already and so far so good… Other than the over inflated tires from the dealership (43psi instead of 35) and the slightly spongy brakes toward the end of pedal travel everything is cool! Thanks to @mani_is_kool for the help!

Your welcome @KEVIN88GT !

The dealer I ended up buying mine from told me their dealer’s quota from Buick was 22 units per month (including all Buicks!) Most dealerships sold that many Encores this month.

Im sitting at one right now and still able to do more lol. Its like im working here today. I should have asked for an offic3 space/ desk lol

My 1st lease after lurking, leasehackr score 20years as long as I did it correctly
Picked up an Encore last night…
Could have done a 1 pay $3,000 out the door but decided against it
12k/24M

MSRP $25790
Price $22,380
residual $16,247
Payment $93.01 tax included 23months
Due at signing $6839.00 ($5750 rebates/incentives) $1089 (tax, title, reg, doc, normal crap)

Time to find my Alfa Romeo Stelvio now

little confused how you got to 93 dollars per month with taxes if the selling price was 22380 , what was your due at signing and did it include cap cost reduction?

Did you guys know TIRE AND WHEEL INSURANCE and KEY REPLACEMENT is also included on your lease !!!
Damnnnnnn

SORRY THIS IS NOT FOR ALL BUICK CONTRACTS. THE DEALER WE DID GROUP BUY WITH THREW IT IN. APPOLOGIES
