2017 Volvo S90 Inscription T6 lease

got a decent deal

MSRP: 65105
Discount: -7595
Sales price: 57510
Incentives and Rebates: -7700
Adjusted Cap cost: 49810

Residual 51% (7.5K miles per year)- pretty bad
Mo: 36
MF: .00007 - not kidding… free money

Monthly payment without taxes and fees - $467
Taxes and Fees - $2700

If i roll taxes and fees into monthly it would be roughly $80

Monthly payment with 0 upfront = $547

Not bad for 65K car I think… let me know

What were your upfront fees beyond tax? Acq fee? Doc fee? Your discount was pretty good. The residuals and mileage buys are ugly. RV is at 48% for my 15k lease. I guess that’s why they have to discount so much. That along with its unpopularity against the landscape of SUV lovers. But I love my S90. Hope you love yours as well. Congrats!

So taxes and fees breakdown below.

Bank Fee around 950
DMV around 450
Doc fee around 75
taxes around 1200

just drove it home today. it’s pretty good and i am coming from BMW 535D

thanks!

I was betting on a 399 lease deal for this car but the residual is melting faster than an ice cube in the desert. 15k off the price is nice but not enough to get it to sub 400

yeah residual is horrible and i am guessing that’s the reason for huge discount.

sub $400 lease with 0 upfront mean residual has to be about 60% … assuming MF is same .00007 (crazy low)

Ta-da…
BTW - there are no 2017 T5s left, so no sub $400 leases on base $50k either

@Ursus what do you think the payment would be on a V90 (not X country) T6?

Why not get the momentum instead of the inscription. Seems to be better deals there.

Didn’t see any in stock yet

But took a T5 for a test drive on Saturday. Also, there was a 2018 XC60 T6 AWD, fully loaded for…[drum roll] $63K+ :astonished: Didn’t drive it (not interested in XC60), but it looks awesome.

momentum is definitely better since it’s cheaper but you miss out quite handful of options. of course if you dont need those momentum is better to go

Yesterday i got a 52,000 T5 down to 41,000, $1,500 out of pocket and $450/month (incl tax) abd theyre paying my last two BMW 535 payments (594 each). Any thoughts? Should ingrind more? Thought it was a great deal until i read posts here.

wow I also received my last two BMW 535 payments from Volvo

I believe your total discount of 11000 from MSRP of 52000 is pretty healthy 21.2% not far from my 22%. You can definitely try lil harder but the total discount is pretty good I think.

assuming 10K per year your 450/month with 7% tax comes inline with my calculation.

let me know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your comments. I thought $1500 out-of-pocket and 450 a month was a really good deal until I was reading on here that some people were going for under 400 a month with minimal down. It seems like I’m paying what others are paying for the T6. I know more power isn’t necessarily a good thing especially if you’re going for better gas mileage, but the T6 is a more expensive vehicle.
Would you pull the trigger on 1500 down and 450 a month and not regret it?

your total monthly 0 upfront total is roughly $492 450+ 42(1500/36) vs $550 mine.

not sure what 1500 consist of … need to know breakdown
I am guessing 1000 bank fee and 500 dmv + doc fee not sure if that’s reasonable setup in cal

for me I am completely happy with my car and no regret at all.

with current residual, not sure sub 400 0upfront is possible for 52k MSRP unless discount is around 27% very highly unlikely for now.

You got all lease cash/allowances ($2,750 + $3,200) + $2,050 under invoice (whole holdback, unless you have loyalty also), so not sure what else you can get. RV is 52%, MF .00028

I get $443/no with 9% tax uncluded

Sub $400/mo was @vhooloo pipe dream
