2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE AWD

I’ve never actually talked numbers on the Rav4 at any dealership, but I know when I went to test drive a 2017 last year, it was really nice! I think I drove the Rav4 limited though, so it had all the bells and whistles. Main reason we didn’t want it was because my wife felt the backseats were pretty narrow. I felt it was a lot more luxurious than the Honda CRV, but not quite as much utility in it.

Does anyone know if the rv, mf, and rebates changed from last month?

There was a deal in another thread of $4k off msrp less $750 rebate 61% rv on a 36/12 lease and a mf of .00001.

I tried to replicate at 15 dealers in the north east and couldn’t get there.

For reference, the best deal I was able to negotiate for lease on an xle was $28974 less the $750 rebate. Msrp was $32341.

This week I leased a RAV4 XLE AWD (with entune audio plus a.k.a. phone based on-screen navigation, all weather liner package, mudguards etc.) for 215 a month including taxes with zero down payment (total drive off was 1350 that went towards bank fee, DMV fee, doc fee and first month payment). I leased via Honcker and it is for 10,000 miles/3 years. The new msrp of the car was around 28,700; got a 750 Toyota rebate and got tier 1 mf of 0.00001.

Do you know what the selling price was on that? What state? Thanks. Sounds like you got a nice deal.

~26,000 and in NJ (750 rebate on top of that)

I wouldn’t say it’s a hackr worthy deal but I didn’t want to take the pain of negotiating with dealers mainly because I currently don’t have a car and visiting dealers in person would have been slightly difficult.

Leased yesterday.

Just signed this lease for Rav4 Hybrid XLE in SoCal. Took me ~2 weeks of emailing dealers and negotiating. Not a completely off the charts deal but the hybrid is pretty rare and I have found dealers generally not excited to negotiate.
In the end I am very happy with the result.

May I inquire which dealership you dealt with?

First message here, I’m having a really good time reading all these posts!

So I’m trying to lease a RAV4 XLE with the navigation package, I got $290 plus $2000 down, including $750 gap (I know I can find it cheaper).

How deep can I go still?

Look at Eddieman’s deal above.

You can do much better. I signed this earlier this month (before july 5th, with june incentives) on a SE with power package.

RAV4 AWD SE w/power package.

Hi, this is the best deal we have been offered so far in Northern California. Having read the above posts, it looks way overpriced?

RAV4 2017. Limited. AWD. Advanced tech package.
MSRP: $33494
Residual: $19546
Down payment: $2500 - includes 1st payment and DMV + Dealer fees
36 month lease
Monthly repayments - $470 x 35- includes excess wear/damage protection, gap insurance, and 9% sales tax. And alarm installation fee.

Trying to get it under $400 a month minimum. Does this seem more reasonable?

Even $400/month with $2500 drive-off sounds expensive.

How is it going? I have a question about your lease. Maybe you can help me out. let me know when I can post it and you can take a look at my lease info please.
