Hello folks,
Here is what I got from one of my local dealer in NJ, and I’m looking to see if this is good for 2017 Toyota Highlander XLE (36month, 12k/yr)
They are out of 2016s.
They provided some numbers and I backtracked that to fill in some blanks (mainly the selling price).
MSRP: $42k
Selling: $37k
8 MSDs - $2,400 - they couldn’t do 9?
Drive off: $2,200(Tax, acquistion, first month) + $2,400 MSD
Estimated monthly: $294
Leasehackr score comes around to be 12.7yrs.
Brand new 2017 Highlander AWD XLE with a couple of of option made this MSRP of 41.5k.
Final deal, $3300 for MSD and $300/month for 36months, 12k/yr, around $2000 for all the fees and taxes.
Sansone Toyota, I worked with Sam. I let him know that I’ll be sharing his information on the forum.
I live in NJ and got it from Conicelli Springfield.
Interesting enough none of NJ dealers gave me the price that Conicelli gave.
On top of it they gave the price over the internet and i did not even need to haggle.
May be i should have haggled a bit but i thought the price quoted was fair.
I just did not put the acquisition fee and included to the lease. I wish i added to down payment.
Under the 1% rule so not bad. I hope you enjoy the car! What happened to the extra $100 a month? Your original post suggested $294 a month but you ended up with $390.
The one above post was the offer from the dealer.
They did not have the color combination and the one they brought over from another dealer had a little bit more extras which made the car price to 37 K.
Below is what i paid exactly
You might be right Max, but i did not pay any cap cost reduction except 50 dollars which i realized later on.
772 included first month + tags, title etc + 52 dollars cap cost reduction ( i did not realize until i checked my paperwork)
3150 was my MSD which was refundable security deposit
