2017 Maserati Levante lease

Lol phantom. I can’t give you advice. You are the master of hackers already. But you are already in good deal territory so anything additional is gravy. At 30% off it is a no brainer.

Anyway in the Acura thread people are posting 40 to 60 k discounts on nsx MSRP of 160 to 190k, so I don’t think asking 30% off demo levante is off base

It’s not possible to overstate how much Honda/Acura blew the launch of the NSX.

I think the Levante SUV launch is also in the ballaprk of blown launches … It ranks 17 in the list of luxury mid size SUVs far behind X5, Cayenne, Q7 etc

Those other cars aren’t made of Dodge Ram parts bin pieces though.

I think they both look pretty nice…

Oh it’s not necessarily a knock on the Ram, but a Ram tops out in the 60k MSRP range, and a well equipped Levante is around 95k. Starts at 72k. It’s tough to sell a premium product to luxury buyers at a premium price when you go parts bin, especially from non luxury “lesser” brands in the portfolio.

Dealer came back for a selling price of: $66,800. My 30% target was $65,000.

Not feeling it if they’re splitting hairs over $1,800 at this point.

When you factor in the remaining Ghibli payments they are taking off your hands that’s still pretty amazing, no? What are those worth? Or at least the difference between them and the Levante payment over those 21 months?

I have 3-4 people that want to buy the car privately at the price the dealer is “paying-off” the car.

I’m not really worried about the payments as the car isn’t underwater in equity at all. I hacked this car to death on payment and selling price when I got it.

Well in that case, advantage: you. I wouldn’t be shocked if they caved today if you are that close dollar wise. Realistically, how many Maseratis could the average dealer sell per month? That 1800 bucks could make or break their bonus for the month.

Started shopping around yesterday and I’m not getting anything near 20% off msrp. Would you mind sharing where you were offered 26% off? I’m also located in the west coast. Thank you

No idea if it’s any good, but they advertise 25% discount. There are also some Levantes, one for $750 with 0 down.

I am not sure why they are keeping that kind of inventory without pushing them off the lot

What is the MF you guys are getting on the leases? I got quoted .00161 which I believe is quite marked up from base.

UPDATE:

I just sold my 2017 Ghibli to a local independent dealer (not Maserati). Pocketed about 2k cash check (break-even for my downpayment when I got it).

The Maserati dealer called and they said absolute best offer they can do is $66,000 selling price on the $92,XXX. This is ~28.26% discount off.

GIVE ME MY 30% OFF SON! They said they have until tomorrow to do the deal for it to be considered “this month” (November).

Which dealer you sold it to?

I am trying to get an S for my sister in LA. Any advice on which dealer to hit up would be much appreciated @Phantomcypher

where are you seeing the $750 with 0 down?

edit: nvm, the $599 and split the $5000 down comes close to $750, but thats only 5k miles tho…

edit 2: also, I was able to get under 500/monthly by putting down 2500 + TTL on a ghibli, that was in October. with a MSRP of 83k…

For the ghibli how many miles? and $2500+ttl? how much is it that another $1500-2000?
Total out of pocket $5000?

Called multiple dealers on this car, seems to be a brick wall at 13% without coupons and 15% with. Has anyone actually done better than 15% on a new one (Not demo)?
