Do a search for other NX 200t leases, people are score the same or better monthlies with $0 cash down and in some cases, only a few other benefits you may not qualify for (like graduate cash etc). I would not be happy with the dealers measly 2% discount, consider expanding your search to see if you can get more movement elsewhere.
@daren.lin It’s a fair deal.
On a 2017 NX 200t, with an MSRP of $43,773.00 I could do it at $399.00 tax included with $3000.00 total due at signing for 36 months and 10K miles a year with shipping included. Here’s a link to my site https://www.fasttrackleasing.com/
Fair? That’s a terrible deal. I just quoted a 2018 NX 300 Premium Nav yesterday. Just under $44,000 MSRP, $430 including tax with 0 down and max MSDs. Base model was $385 out the door. There aren’t any incentives on the 2017, so there are no “fair” deals to be had on it. You’re better off getting the 2018, @daren.lin.
Back in August, @nyclife was able to get someone a loaded 44k nx200t for $336 after tax. It’s not available anymore, but to put things in perspective, add your 3k down payment to the monthly and that puts you at $520.
FYI Lexus December to remember sale is going on already. It starts every year in November and goes until next year. That being said, you won’t see any change in numbers until next year.
The RX deals in NJ aren’t that great compared to the deals in SoCAL. There are virtually no lowly optioned Rx350’s. All of the ones in the tristate are 51k+ vs 45k
