Looking at 2017 Buick Encore $174 incl tax/month zero down & zero drive off. If I roll existing lease remaining payments $200/month, 3 remaining into lease result $207.27. Deal sheets with MSRP, MF, sales price, etc., with & without pull ahead attached. I have comp lease, gm loyalty discount, USAA discount, and student discount if needed. Post by @chicagoster indicated he got better than $154 zero drive-off, but limited detail.
Anything suggestions on what & how to negotiate final price?
my deal was $119 plus tax which came out $130 and change. 0 out of pocket include $1500 competitive rebate. msrp was 256xx. simpson buick at buena park
Can you post a picture of your deal sheet? Should look similar to this: http://drops.oritor.com/z4TGV2.
I have competitive rebate, dealer discount. Your tax % is slightly lower.
thanks. their ad price in $139 now which is 20 bucks more. but i see mark christopher ad has it at $87 with conquest rebate with $878 due, thats $123, very close to my deal, samething 10k miles.
i dunno why they do it this way, maybe some benefit on their side? all i know is i pay for the negative trade in and the rest are rebate and incentive.
I have 2 leased Encore’s (a 16’ and a 17’ both Winterberry Red per DW) that I picked up from Simpson. My wife drives one and I the other. We just switched cars (Encores) so that the mileage works out to be just under 20k when I turn the first one (the 16’) in next March. I was driving the 17’ and like that one a little better with the integrated phone navigation and all. But now I am relegated to drive the 16’ to top off those last 13k miles before next March. If Simpson has some sort of deal next March I just may lease another one at that time. My original plan though was to just turn it in and go back to driving my Camaro.
The deal(s) at Simpson (for me at least) were straight-up deals in that the deal was as promised with no games and BS. I would recommend them (Simpson) to anyone.
Also for what it’ worth, I’m averaging around 35 MPG in the Encore on my 90 mile (roundtrip) commute.
i probably stick with simpson too, not far from home and they deal pretty straight forward, maybe a new terrain next time around. i got a question tho. do they offer the same rebate for return/loyal vs comp rebate or is it less? b/c most of the time the ad price are for comp rebate and i wonder if i dont have another lease are they gonna give me the same for returning.
Who knows what the deal or terms for rebates and incentives will be next month, let alone when you return your present lease. They keep that sort of stuff very secretive as they don’t want to kill present sales.
When I leased in March the Asian conquest lease incentive was the same as the Buick/GMC loyalty lease incentive ($1500). I believe (but am no certain) that the comp incentive now is the same as the Buick/GMC loyalty incentive.
Lately they have been pretty much the same. But as I posted they can change. Note that the loyalty incentive lately was only for Buick and GMC leases- not other GM.
Thanks to you both. I have both conquest and existing Encore lease which I will be turning in. Spoke with both Simpson and Mark Christopher - current ads. Is there a sales manager at Simpson you would recommend? The advertised price for MC for both Encore and Terrain attached.
I dealt with the Simpson Buick internet sales manager. His name is Riyaz Mansuri and his E-mail is (RiyazMansuri@simpsonbuickgmc.cmdlr.com). Phone at dealership is (714) 690-6200. CellPhone number is (714) 478-3322.
