87 a month with 3k conquest cash! Wow - Sign me up for two
I don’t think that the conquest and the loyalty incentives will stack. Isn’t it just one or the other ?
Yes, that is the conquest lease discount. I believe @masterblaster deal is better since the ad requires $878 drive-off payment, which 878/24 + 87 = $123 before tax. The Terrain at $109 + 947/24 = $148 before tax with 12K miles /year.
However they said they sold all the 38 Terrains available. Will see if Simpson will match.
So we infer that the conquest deal is at least 46* 24 = 1.3k. Nice …
Not surprising - looks like they want to move some metal pretty quickly …
Lots of good stuff on this thread. I’m trying to get into a 2017 Buick Encore as well. As I’m currently in a Buick lease, they offer a buyout up to $2500. Currently have $1370 left. There is also a cash allowance of $1500 towards new lease. They are trying to get me to put $965 down and $269 month inc. tax. for 39 months 10k per year.
Here is the lease worksheet. I really need some help on what I should be paying and how to best negotiate. I’m in Florida. Thanks in advance for any help. This forum may have saved me a lot of $$$.
In California there is no pull-ahead lease discount. Do you have a competitive lease?
I am trying to turn in a Encore-Buick lease as well (@$600 total payments remaining).
I am negotiating the cost of a new Encore or Terrain separately, then rolling in the remaining payments
into the new lease.
No the offer they provided is terrible. They basically matched the offer I took on a previous Buick Encore lease for 24 months. I have 5 months left @$274. No good by the sounds of it from what I’m reading. I’m new to this lease game so trying to learn. Fool me once…
I would love to get a sub 200 deal on an encore in Louisiana. But I can’t find any lease specials anywhere.
View the Buick national pricing options: http://www.buick.com/current-offers.html?x-zipcode=70032
Change the zipcode to your area, then find the dealer. Many are offering deals on Terrains, 2018 will have
new body style. Encore imports are flooding in.
Thanks - this confirms that GM is giving a 3k conquest ie 3509 due for regular and 509 due for 2008 non GM …
Woohoo the 3k conquest is back, let us hack this MF to sub 99!!! (And I don’t mean money factor)
Ultra Low-Mileage Lease for Qualified Lessees.
$199/month for 39 months.
$3,509 due at signing (after all offers).
$509 due at signing for Current Lessees of 2008 or newer non-GM vehicles (after all offers)*.
What is this 3000 Conquest and does it apply in Florida? How does it work if it says 3509 due if I want to sign and drive?
I’m getting ready to lease one of these bad boys.
Here is what I’m working with the start and trying to figure out how to get my payment down where you guys are.
MSRP: $28360
Price: $26823
Rebate: $5173
Term: 39
Mileage: 10k/YR
Residual: 56% = $15881.60
MF: 000085
Doc Fee: $599
ACQ Fee: $595
GOVT Fees: $317.50
Taxes: $1140.26
They’re trying to get me to pay $269!!! Where should it be when all is said and done?? Appreciate any help.
I would strongly recommend waiting for the holiday weekend if you can. You should see more flexibility on price then.
Are you saying this labour day weekend?
Yes. Look for the Labor Day weekend sales incentives.
example being offered:
2017 Encore : $125/m+tax $0 down/$0 drive-0ff 24 month 10K miles. MSRP $25,685 This will improve
2017 Terrain : $148/m+tax $0 down/first month payment 24 month 12K miles. MSRP $28,755 May improve
Can anyone post the full ad with the 83/month and 3k conquest cash? I’d like to bring to a local dealer and get me some free (practically) car!
Here’s a link to a California dealer website that shows all the Encore incentives. Scroll down to see the $3k conquest rebate. For what it’s worth I don’t see the $3k loyalty incentive that others have referred to.
Makes sense - 3k conquest and 1.5k loyalty. But this shows the incentives as private offers, so even more confusing Btw 3k conquest is huge - that’s how people were getting $59 Cruze on Asian import conquest a few months ago …
There’s also a $2k loyalty private offer listed on the linked incentives. Not as good as the $3k competitive incentive but not too bad really.
