That is around $150/month less than local Acura dealer quoted me.
I will be leasing in May/June and looking at cars and starting to do my homework now.

Even if the final numbers move a little bit - $500/month for a MDX is really good!
I have a dealer we got down to $650/mo for a 2017 AWD hybrid fully loaded. We wanted something in the $500s so walked (MSRP is $58k). PM me and I can send you contact info.

Late to ballgame here but enjoy all of these forums so sharing info fwis, 2017 Acura MDX SHAWD with tech package, $540 per month with tax (CA, 9%), zero drive off plus delivery (not even first months payment). Seemed like decent deal at the time, but I’ve learned enough from the forums to realize probably would’ve gone for a different vehicle and negotiated sales price not just lease payment.
