Actual msrp is stated as 48k. Residual % is fixed for everyone I thought based lease terms. I dunno how they did it but as soon as they told me the numbet I jumped on it right away
Anyone have a SoCal dealer?
I am in NY but I would be willing to fly/drive for that deal, any chance I can get the sales representatives info to see if he can duplicate the deal for me?
Sure call Scott hunter at Norwood volvo
I talked with my local SoCal dealer, but they couldnāt separate or figure out how to apply the free premier package $2650 from the $2650 summer sales event bonus cash. They said it was the same $2650, which blew the deal apart.
I just leased a 2016 XC60 from Volvo of Mission Viejo and got nearly $11,000 off the MSRP (split roughly 50/50 between the dealer discount and the available incentives). Their number is 949-359-5000. Ask for Joel Peretz and tell him Mark from Palm Springs referred you.
Just checked their website. Looks like theyāve got about ten S60 Inscription models on their lot. Since the incentives on the S60 Inscription are even better than the incentives on the XC60, you should be able to get an even more awesome deal than I got. Let us know what happens!
Can you share your numbers?
Sure. Hereās the deal I got on the XC60 T5 Platinum FWD, 24 months / 10,000 miles per year. Some of the lease bonus cash incentives (totaling $1600) were used to reduce the selling price of the car. The remaining ($3750) were listed separately on the lease as rebates/non-cash credits:
MSRP: $47,570
Gross Cap Cost (Selling Price): $40,364.74
Gross Cap Cost Including $695 Acquisition Fee: $41,059.74
Rebates/Non-Cash Credits: -$3750
Down Payment: -$3650
Money Factor: .00055 (rounded)
Adjusted Cap Cost: $35,540.34
Residual Value: $27,590.60 (58%)
Base Monthly Payment/Sales Tax (9%)/Total Monthly Payment: $365.96 + $32.94 = $398.90
My credit scores are less than ideal, so I did not qualify for the best money factor.
Any way to get to $280 in California?
There is a 1k conquest or loyalty rebate i think if you qualify. If you nego 1k more off msrp, i think you can get below 300. And if you settle for less than platinum trim which is another 2k cheaper, should be able to get close to 300 and no money down.
I agree with vhooloo. Go for a base or even Premier S60 T5, and I would think you could get it for less than $300/month with $0 down, especially if you have good credit scores.
I qualify for the conquest rebate as I own a Honda, but I read that itās only good towards V60ās. On the other hand, I donāt qualify for the loyalty bonus which can be applied towards any Volvo. Wonder if I should buy an old $300 Volvo to get this rebate.
I really like the raised look of the Cross country but not the mpg difference. I see the inscription has an extra $1500 in rebates so Iām shooting for that.
I doubt buying a $300 Volvo will make sense. Youāll still have to pay for the title and registration.
Which canāt be more than $1-200 right?
Ok, just read itās $500 towards leases as opposed to $1,000.
If thatās the case, definitely not worth it.
MSDās work with Volvoās right?
Yes, I believe Volvo does accept MSDs.
No, you can apply conquest to any Volvo.
This what I got today.
2016 S60 inscription
MSRP $41,815 for $370.64 plus tax per month, 12,000 mi per year for 3 year and only $845 drive off.
Cap cost is $32,282
Bank fee $695
Net cap $32,977
Residule $19,653
for 36 mo lease, monthly $370.64 plus tax
Aim for 20% off of msrp + rebates
Does that 20% include the $2,650 credit for the Premier Package upgrade?
20% off BEFORE rebates? Unrealistic. Probably more like at least 32% off MSRP after all rebates/discounts on S60 Inscription: $9,500 lease allowances + $1,000 conquest + $3,000 off of MSRP = $13,500. That will give you Cap Cost of ~$29,000 on a $42,575 car.
@Dunknown24: You should be at $260/mo + tax based on the above.
