Just got a 2016 Toyota RAV4 XLE hybrid AWD in Boston MA. Price before tax is $259 per month, 3 years, 12K per month. I paid zero down, I rolled the $1200 acquisition/tags/doc fees into the lease. This is the XLE with the GPS package, MSRP $30600. Price also includes a $495 GAP insurance, $13.75 / month (which I think I will cancel), so total with the $1200 fees is like $245 per month. Residual is around $19541
Selling price of car was $26500, about $4K off sticker
I bought it at Expressway Toyota.
Yes I mean $245 without GAP and pretax, $1200 in acquisition fees, tags and docs (rolled into the lease). I paid $1 at signing.
Your numbers are correct, thats what I got. You are right I got this deal only in MA. In California, there is a waiting list for hybrid RAV4. Also to be clear, I probably could have saved another $10-$15 a month if I elect the base XLE without the NAV. My car had the NAV and another $500 in minor options. I also paid a combined $1200 in fees for docs, taxes, acquisition. If you elect to pay them in full, you can lower your payment to about $210-$220 before tax, it’s a great deal for a 30K vehicle that aren’t electric cars.
yeah. my cousin is trying to get the same deal in the Bay area. I think the best he can do is $500 above invoice on a limited via Costco
Got the first payment in the mail, $275, but that includes 6.35% tax and the gap which I sent the letter to cancel. So take out the tax and the GAP, it should be around $245. If I didn’t opt for the NAV and some of the minor options, this would have been $230 a month for sure. We picked the options because that was the only car with the black interior, the light interior seems to get dirty very easily. My mom said her first tank got her 33mpg driving around the city
I believe GAP is an option in Mass, standard in some states. I ended up getting $495 credit applied to the lease account and payment kept the same. I have GAP through insurance for $10 a year
