I found this site a couple of weeks back and wanted to thank all for the input and share my deal in hopes others can replicate on a CPO vehicle. Found a 2016 Alpine white with black dakota leather BMW 435i. Car is equipped with m package, drivers assistance, and track package with 7660 on the odometer. It was advertised at 45950. I called to get build sheet and went from there. My deal below. 12K per year.

MSRP $58455
Sales price $45728

Payment $397.73
Deposit $410.27 (to get under $400 thus reducing MSD by $350)
7 MSD @ $2800

Drive off $3800 ( 1st pay, MSD, deposit, and titling/licensing)

This was at Portland BMW in OR. 60K car for under $400 is possible. Just have to find the right deal.

why did you put in MSD’s? I thought BMW MSD’s dont affect MF anymore?

Also, dont you take a 4% hit on Residual for anything above 5K miles?

This is from last year when they had MSD. The quote sheet will do you no good as it is OCT 2016 numbers
