Currently negotiating on a 2019 Honda Civic Sport (CVT) in New Jersey. Here are deets, please advise if this is a fair deal or if I could do better:
MSRP: $22,980
Selling Price: $20,121
Term: 36 months, 12k/year
RV: 59%
MF: 0.00089
DAS: $1,500 monthly payment: $240
DAS: $650, monthly payment: $260
DAS: $0 (sign and drive), monthly payment $289
Registration: NJ
I’m leaning towards the $650/$260 route but looking for your thoughts and guidance here.

There are lots of recent Civic threads to compare (quick search showed dozens in the past few months).
Make sure you substitute current (September) incentives, RV, MF.
Post the best deal you are offered with all of the necessary details for specific feedback.
