oh really? hope that they do next time… if there is a next
Think it was non luxury brands. So Toyota, Honda, Nissan, etc but not Lexus, Acura, Infiniti
hey! i do have the “premium navi pkg!” tbh i never understand why my wife insist on getting this outdated car
holy crap thats horrible
LOL…20characters
how often has Lexus done this in the past? for an extra $1,000 i might be able to stomach the CT200 for 2 years…
Also, to those who did get a certificate - what info was filled out on it? First Name, Last Name, Expiration Date, Code?
But he has got the right idea to get a GM after that. After the ct200h, the interior of a malibu will feel like that of a rolls royce.
Pretty much the same info that you have mentioned. First time see Lexus running certification for public like this. Usually it runs targeted certification for example for auto show visitors etc
Not the malibu ls.
The cubbie is the perfect shape for my Nokia phone!
The reason I was asking…
While the form is still up, I’m sure submissions were tied to some back end system. So if they verify there wouldn’t be any record to match to. But I’d really like to get it somehow.
When I used a $1k auto show cert in Dec, the finance manager called Corp to verify the cert. They aren’t dumb and won’t risk losing a $1k reimbursement without verification.
That’s why you go shopping on a late Saturday afternoon where there is no-one for them to call
And then you will return home with a hard credit pull and no car…
I used mine on Saturday and they accepted it no problem, however it did have my name on it and I did use the base /UGFE URL and not the one with the session ID in it (therefore, not getting some random persons names associated to it).
BUT, I did save another one using a made up name, with a different rebate code on it, and blanked it out using the document inspector in Chrome.
My fear is the rebate code is tied to the name that was used to fill out the form, which may make it unusable.
But if anyone wants to take that risk, Id be happy to let someone have it.
Its easy enough to edit with Adobe reader, all that gets put on the form is your name and address.
It already has the expiration and code on it
What was your deal. Care to share ?
Sure, not a major LH deal, but under 1% for a popular model SUV on the east coast.
And for a vehicle I’m comfortable in (I’m 6’7"), so I’m happy.
Numbers from the top of my head, since I’m at the office:
2017 RX350 with Premium and the big nav screen
~52.4k MSRP
39/12k
1000 Lexus cash
1000 UGFE coupon
500 conquest
$490 with just fees and first month paid.
No MSDs
Wish they had better conquest cash for the RX, its the lowest of all their models.
Could you share the dealer/contact please? My wife decided she loves this vehicle, but the local dealer mistook me for a lottery winner when discussing pricing. Thank you.
Yeah, it was Steve at Ray Catena Lexus of Freehold (in NJ)
