Many thanks to Hiro (@HN308 ) for sharing this deal and providing me guidance.
He is really a Hero

MSRP - $59,110, Sale price - 48,635 - Majestic White on Graphite/Maple Wood - Prem, Prem plus, 20" Wheels, Deluxe Package, Splash guards.
8 MSDs ($4000), $1500 VPP. I am first time Infiniti owner so no Loyalty.
$400/month. 39 months / 10K/Yr.
NJ Tax, Misc charges, DMV fees paid upfront approx $2100.

I know I paid a little extra and I could have tried to keep the payment in upper 300’s but I was in a hurry.

Thinking of distributing this car window decal to show some Leasehackr pride and as a small fund raising effort. Thoughts? Vote and comment here.

BMW 330i. Convenience package, navigation, blind spot, Apple CarPlay. I think I’m missing something else.
MSRP: $46,340
Selling Price: $38,133 (18% off)
Miles: 1,701 (retired loaner)
Lease term: 36mo/12K
DAS: $0
Incentive: $3000 lease credit. New to BMW so no loyalty discount.
Monthly: $400 including tax
MF: .00166
Residual: 60% (it’s probably less than that since it’s a loaner)

Overall I am happy. Tried to compare people’s recent deals for a 330i but most of them have a lease term of 36/10 or 24/10. Valencia actually tried to match my bluff ($380; $0 due at signing) but I just didn’t want to go all the way there for a loaner that had almost 4000 miles.

MSRP $45,555 | 36/12 | $2500 DOS | $605/mth all up, including tax, AudiCare, and excess wear

Flew to LA Saturday morning, picked up from @IvanAudi and drove home up Highway 1. It’s so good with the top down. I know Audis don’t lease well but I love the car, so I’m happy.

There was mis-communication between sales manager and financial manager when I went to the dealership to sign the lease. The original deal was negotiated to $260 a month with absolute zero down. But I am satisfied and like the car. Big thanks to you all, it was my first lease.

I doubt it was a miscommunication. Probably a bait and switch. But regardless, nice car
