Hey folks, I’ve been lurking for a while trying to find a deal in my budget: up to 2k down, monthly under 100 in California (SoCal preferably). I’m having a tough time finding something in my price range, I regularly check here, LT, LS, etc; I thought December would be a good month to start a lease. Just graduated from a master’s program in fine arts, have about 60k in debt, starting a part-time adjunct position at a community college next month and I don’t want to ride my motorcycle for two hours every day in san diego traffic. Please help! Feeling lost and desperate. Maybe a mfd or loaner/used lease?
Happy to work with a reasonably priced broker or reputable LT member or the like, but am nervous about non-community backed brokers that charge up to $500 (which would kill my monthly.)
Really hope this gets some responses. Thanks everyone, I have learned a lot from this forum.
Plus the 2017 Corolla is no where to be found. sold out and Toyota actually just dropped lease incentives on 2017.
I know this deal isn’t exactly what you are wanting but its a great deal.
2018 Corolla LE
$2000 down
Recent College Grad Rebate included ($750)
$120.83 plus tax all in
$130.19 with OC tax
Free Maintenance included 2yrs/25k
I have a cruze available next month. you can take a look prior since it takes a few weeks to complete the lease transfer w/ GM. I still need it since my tesla has been in the shop for almost 4 months.
I also have a 2017 equinox available. PM me if interested in either car.
Do you have anything, no matter how old / crappy to trade-in? If so, I saw someone early post about a program in CA call Replace Your Ride, maybe that could help subsized you, http://www.replaceyourride.com/
Also, the $2k you’re willing to put down equates to $83/mo, so Trish’s LT Cruze would fit ur bill.
as long as the subaru lease registration matches your drivers license and their drivers license, you’re good to go. basically just have to set down all 3 of those and make sure they all match the same address to get the rebate.

I have a 2004 Honda Shadow (motorcycle) with 40k miles on it. Does that help?
