Is that a good deal?
No. Shop other dealers and get them to bid for the lease.
GS or GX?
For a GX, this is a very bad deal. I’m assuming this is the first “offer” so there should be some more room to negotiate. The super old design GX460s are not selling as much as the RX and NX so the discount should be around 15-20%. Some people were getting low $500s with $0 down (only $20-30 more than the RX)
@ 15% discount $50,669 (another 4,768.88 from the 7% you are getting)

@ 20% discount $47,688 (another $7,750 from the 7% you are getting)
Payment ~$450/mo

RV is 62% MF is .0068 with 9 month security deposit. We only have 2 Lexus dealers in MN and they are owned by same family. 15%-20 off msrp? This is too good to be true. I will call other dealers around but honestly I had no idea that I can even get that much off.
Your title and post says different things - GS or GX?
May be hard to get that discount in MN.

Can someone help me I am about to lease a 2017 Premium GX460… the dealer is giving me a purchase price of 56102 and this is a 3 year at 15K a year… residual is 34986 … 0 down coming out to be 820 or so a month… thoughts ?

Looks like a terrible deal. I was able to get my mom into a GX460 last year for these basic numbers.

Due at inception 6870 (this includes a 1000 recent college grad credit, doc/title/bank fees, max MSDs of 4500 and a cap reduction cost of $671 to get payment to $500/month)
Residual is 63%
Money Factor is .00068

Does that include the full tax @ 6.25% on your 56102 ?
That by itself is $3506…so feeding in your numbers as 56102 itself, it looks like a terrible deal
