Agreed, but since the complimentary payment comes from Lexus financial and not the dealer, does not hurt to ask.

Not sure but i saw 2016 LX570s at Lexus of Marin for about $15K off MSRP.
Quick back of envelope calc means LX570 would be leasing for 700s after MSDs

Those numbers look too good. Prob the RV is off.
3 years, 12k miles, 61% RV, max MSD of 9.
RV is confirmed with edmunds, so numbers above stand.
So if you can hustle a dealer for 20% discount, you will be laughing all the way to the bank.
If you get 15% off MSRP, the numbers are going to be good, as long as the RV is not some stinking 50%.
I’m talking to the dealer now to see if I can get 20%. I don’t think it will be doable.
