2017 Infiniti Qx60 Lease Numbers

I live in Maryland and was trying hard for the VW Atlas SEL Premium over the past week but availability is just too limited. Going with my back up plan the QX60 today. Getting the deluxe technology package which is a little harder to find. Usually when you get that, you have to get the theater package and I don’t want that.

Best numbers I’ve gotten are as follows:

MSRP incl. Destination $58,340
Selling Price $49,740 = discount of $7,600 + $1,000 for being a Honda owner
Lease Terms: 15k miles/39 months/total mileage 48,750
Less: Cap Cost Reduction = RDX Trade-in = $1,435 positive equity
Lease Acq Fee $700
Doc Fee $695
DMV & Registration $300
Money Factor 0.00003
Residual Value (%) 51% / $29,753.40
Sales Tax on Selling Price (6%) $2,984

When I pop them into the leasing calculator, here’s what I get:
Net Cap Cost (incl. Tax) $52,984.40
Total Depreciation $23,231.00

Total payments $24,848.90
Total Finance Charge $96.80
Payment per Month $598.15 = Depreciation $595.67 + Finance Charge $2.48

TOTAL due at signing: $2,119.25 = 1st Payment $598.15 + Cap Cost Reduction incl. Tax $1,521.10

*Note: these numbers are slightly off because the dealer is willing to give me $19,250 for my trade-in but the breakdown I sent showed if he gave me $19,000. They said if they may even be able to give me more since VW was offering $20k for it to make a deal when they almost had an SEL premium. but they have to see the car first and won’t commit to it.

Only downside is that the car is in white and has to be ordered. It’ll come in a few days and they’ll give me a loaner until then, but still a little bit of a hassle. Especially because they’re further.

There’s another dealership that has the car AND it’s in my preferred silver. Their numbers aren’t as good - they’re coming in at $625/month. But I’m going to go there in person and see if I can get this deal at least matched and maybe get a little something extra too because they won’t go higher on my trade in.

Seems like the running boards could be good? Anyone have experience getting that negotiated in?

The other dealer is closer to me in Maryland too so the Doc fee is only $299 here vs the VA one of $699.

QX60 lease:

Sharing my experience of a recent lease of 2017 QX 60.
Premium, Premium Plus and Drivers Assist package, with running boards
MSRP: 52200 ( including destination charge and accessories)
39month/10K
Drive off: $1000
Monthly payment: 450 ( including tax).

Where was this?..20 char

Tustin…

I just got a lease offer on a 2017 QX60 Prem + Theatre, thoughts?

Breakdown:

  • $48,000 (discounted from $53,000) MSRP
  • $6,000 at signing ($3499 down payment, taxes, acq fee, etc)
  • .00003 MF
  • No MSD
  • $419 payment

Not a good deal. Way too much down. See: Infiniti QX60 36M/10K - 396 W/o Tax

Haggle and try to get the down payment to zero.

Do you have a suggestion on what to negotiate? Keeping the payment near $350 being the ultimate goal?

I see the link referenced - thanks

Do you think this neg is possible?

$48,000 (discounted from $53,000) MSRP
$0 down payment but just paying: taxes, acq fee, etc
.00003 MF
No MSD
$350 payment

IMHO that’s too aggressive, but may be possible and you can set a new benchmark. If you search for QX60 in this forum, you will get an idea of how others did and compare it to yours!!

Thats pretty much asking for another $6230 discount and a total of over 21% off MSRP. Where are you located? Seems like it might be hard to reach, but if your market is super competitive and you have VPP, maybe it’s possible.

How many miles? 39 months? Where are you located? Do you qualify for conquest rebate?

Hard to help much without more info. Dealers if they choose might also apply $500 vouchers to your deal on top of model incentives if they have them.

I got $5,200 below invoice at the end of July before VPP. For your trim that’s about $44,500 as a selling price.

Didn’t you have another QX60 that you were trying to transfer? Did you really want a 2017 over your older one?

Yeah I found someone to take the 2016. I needed a new lease to get the wear and tear forgiveness for a Q40 that I had turned in. Also, the new payments are lower than the older car, so win-win.

10K/39 months - we have an Infiniti so we don’t qualify. Located in MD 21702

Thanks for reframing it for me. Seems a bit too aggressive for sure.

Look at Edmunds. When I negotiated for a 15 qx60 with 16s on the lot I got 8k off and msd.

We told them we wanted $0 down and under $400 a month:

They came back with:

$0 down (just pay tax/tag/etc…)
$470/mo

Ugh…
