ZDX A-spec RWD $300 month including tax 2k down

Acura ZDX RWD $300 Can I do better?

Don’t want to do one pay…

I’m getting numbers for a 2024 ZDX RWD for $300 month including taxes (RWD), 2k down for drive offs in Socal, however, I’m getting similar numbers Chevy Equinox which has a lot more bells that we like such as lane centering, super cruise, and related, which only comes on the ZDX S.

I tried a few brokers and they had similar numbers plus I had to pay the extra fee.

Your thoughts? Do you think I can do better for the ZDX, is it worth chasing a better price AWD, but those prices are $60 a month more

Socal
300 month including tax
Drive offs $2k
10k year

How much is the pre-incentive discount?

So I’m new here and unfortunately that’s not a question I asked or don’t exactly know how that would impact the sale… Hence, that’s why I love lease hacker because folks like yourself who know a lot more than I do in this area opened up our eyes to things we may not have thought about… Please share more if you could

And thank you

Who cares? It’s a lease he’s not buying it and he doesn’t need the pre incentive discount since he’s not making an offer, he’s gotten an offer.

Compare your $300/mo with $2K das to brokers offers. How many miles per year?

10k a year

In this case, this a car advertised vastly on the forum by brokers, PND, etc. who cares how they get to the number but comparing it to other posts is a good indication on whether it’s a good deal or not.

Payment: $185 + tax

That’s my deal from earlier this month.
With $2K & 10K miles and LA tax, I’m at $279. I charge a $599 broker fee. This is a good deal.

Comparing pre-incentive discount is a great way to establish if it’s a good deal. With tax rates varying by a significant amount in CA, different incentive qualifications, etc, there can be a significant swing in monthly payments.

For example, the same exact deal for someone in San Diego that qualifies for military and someone in LA that doesn’t would have the equivalent of a $1500 difference in dealer discount. Very easy for someone inexperienced to use poor data points because they don’t know what is important and what isn’t.

I agree but on the end of the programs just wanted to make sure he jumps on it because it’s a solid deal!

Similar here
I got 2 offers from 2 dif. dealers in SoCal for
290 month including tax
Drive offs $2k
10k year
24 months ZDX RWD
290 x 23 = 8670
8670 - 7196 = 1474
so, with 2k down payment, it would be 350/mo for 24 month

or 1 time payment of $7,196 (include tax, etc), but I see some people in NJ got a better deal than in SoCal and I am trying to get the same deal here i SoCal so far
for

such as
300 month including tax
Drive ZERO offs

What was their pre-incentive discount? What was yours?

Keep in mind lower sales tax in NJ on evs than what you have to pay in CA

Do you mean Purchase Price?
They didn’t show me but I am assuming around $48,750 (27% off MSRP)

The tax rate for where I live is 7.75%

|Tax Jurisdiction|Sales Tax Rate|
|State Tax|6.25%|
|County Tax|1.00%|
|Special Tax|0.50%|
|Combined Rate|7.75%|

since the Gcauto’s offer of
One Pay: $6977 (9.5% tax included)
is for 7.5k only
$7196 (7.75% tax included) with 10k is not too bad?

I do qualify for conquest, but not for the military
no Costco but AAA (dealer never asked me for those)

I could discount the $8354 down to $7196 but still looking for a better deal to sign

They still have 88 ZDX on their lot and not selling well even with this promotion going on for almost a month?

No, i mean discount amount. If that 27% discount, about $26k is from incentives and dealer cash. Need to establish how much the actual dealer discount is.
