This is delivery fees - I am out of the state buyer.
MSDs saves almost $2k over the lease / cuts the MF in half. At that MF, on that vehicle, I’d probably finance instead.
I had a few RX in the past, given that it’s a 2022 you still have that super low maintenance V6. I will just finance it.

As mentioned do the msds. It’s a great deal for this type of car since you won’t be getting same discount with comparably priced Audi or Bmw or even Acura
