May programs seem good. check out the midwest broker section. Not a T8 for sub 500 but seems strong with costco and loyalty. This is what I’m looking into after turning in my C40.
RV still in the 40s though. Maybe pairing it with a nice loaner discount will get sub $500

Test drove a ‘25 EX90 recently. I liked it a lot! Ride is great and it’s super quiet. It has its quirks…every adjustment needs to be done through the center display. Mirrors, seat adjustments, etc. It would take some time getting used to but certainly not a deal-breaker
Same journey here… currently paying 516/month for an XC90 T8 plus… really wanting to stay EV or PHEV. I am also open to a 6XX leasing to replace mine, but, so far, I am not getting offers below 850uSD for 36/12 on an EX90. I’m afraid It is not going to be easy to get something similar in that range…

Entirely possible but depends on rebates you qualify for and which region dealer is in. Tax rate too lol 
XC60 T8 program is a bit better than XC90 T8 in Northeast. May go for one of those. I’ve used the 3rd row in mine twice.
This is a mid to high $600’s lease. If they go much higher, you start thinking about an X7, etc.
