I used the lease hacker calculator to find a zero down monthly that’s dramatically different than what they’re offering me. Now I need to figure out how to best use this information.
Only 24 months lease makes sense currently.

Thank you for that information. I don’t think the picture below will translate but the MSRP for the cars 82 265 and after manufacture rebate and Costco and loyalty the purchase price is 68 765.
I need to change the term to 24 as you recommend with an annual mileage of 15 K. But for the original term of 3615 K do signing the monthly payment was 1224.
After I plugged in the numbers on the lease, hacker calculator zero down was a little over 700 a month.
I suppose the dealers messing with the money factor.
Honestly, I’m thinking of trying to find a broker to help better negotiate this.
I’ve read on other forums that there is a “”leasing basics sheet”. Haven’t been able to find that to read on it, but most of the people here to bring my offer to the dealer and take it from there.
Not sure what the next step is just trying to get a little more knowledge.

I think you need to make a research on what a good deal is.
Seeing the signed section xc90 t8 from 380 to 600, your number looks like from different planet unfortunately.
You should get at least a 10% dealer discount IMO and the quote you presented is showing 0% if not mistaken.
Reach out to several more dealers, i do not think this dealer will offer deep discount at all.

Ask for a lease worksheet.
If the msrp - rebates = the selling price there is no dealer discount. Rebates are not dealer discount.
Make offers after researching deals and broker offerings here, don’t ask for quotes.

Given that somebody else just signed a deal for $449 a month on a similar vehicle, I think you now have your target price. Over 10% discount and a load of other rebates.

Here is the deal that was posted by Adam. How many of the rebates listed do you qualify for? You simply need to make the dealer an offer based on a solid discount, base MF and all available rebates.
Working a better deal. Seems like he is fudging the MF? How would you counter this offer? The lease calculator for the MF posted has a no money down closer to $700/m.

SoCal dealers are doing 10% off. That should reduce the payment by a lot. The best I’ve gotten is 520 per month zero das and msd
