X5 SDrive 40i Lease Deal SoCal

Hi Guys,
I have quick question on lease deal i received
Model of car is MBW X5 Sdrive40i
Model year 2020
Package is Premium with Parking assist and Multi contour seats
MSRP is $69,659
Selling price $61,785
All needed is down of $2,500 all in
term is 36/10
Quoted price is $776 Tax in of California

What is your opinion on this???

Too little information. Whats the dealer discount? What incentives are stacked in this? What’s the MF on the deal and compared against the base MF from Edmunds?

Is a Broker.
The MF is .00099
Incentive is Conquest as is my first time leasing
What you think??

If its a broker from this forum, then why are you asking? broker deals are typically take it or leave it.

I would still roll the DAS into monthly and do max MSDs

DAS in in the down with documentation of 2,500
there is no MSD incuded

Im saying roll the DAS into the monthly payment, and add MSDs if you can to save money

As you see it now the deal how it looks to you?

I dunno. No can tell you unless you figure out what’s discount and how much are the incentives here? Whats the MF? Im not saying its bad, just not enough info to evaluate. Broker deals usually are solid but this doesn’t look too appealing. Most probably because of low inventory in the area

Incentives i have is Coquest, MF is .00099

With no MSD

Somehow, I dont feel like 850/m for an X5 is very appealing. Im sure others will eventually comment the same.

The discount is 9.5%

The payment is 709 plus tax

What you think???

Is not $850/month is 709 plus tax

Should i pull the trigger?

Yes but 2500 DAS = $70/m more effectively speaking. Putting you north of 800. Discount is good overall. Have you talked to one of the brokers if they can do better?

e.g. their deal is slightly better but not by much.

OP - It’s not a bad deal and the DAS is reasonable (<$3k). How prior deals look more enticing is because of slightly better discounts, MSD’s and a whole bunch of incentives that you may not qualify for (e.g. loyalty, USAA/PenFed, OL, grad, etc).

Check out other deals in the Marketplace if you’d like a better idea. Good luck!

This deal looks consistent with what I’ve seen on new vehicles (typically about 10-12% discount). You could get a higher discount (16-20%) on a loaner. They’re not hard to find right now since there’s a ton of X5 inventory sitting on lots. This is assuming you aren’t picky on options

Is actually form a broker. All in with tax comes out to $776 keys in hand.
