WTB: 2023/2024 Camaro 2SS

This is a very long shot but hoping I can get the community’s help in finding a 2023 or 2024 Chevy Camaro 2SS for up to $35K with good miles for the year. I miss my LT1 dearly and I can’t keep living driving a Camry. Any help would be appreciated.

Any luck scouting hertz used car sales site?

Formal rentals? Oof

Have you looked on Autotrader? There are 228 or so for '23-'24 that are SS/1LT nationwide.

I am looking for a 2SS. I’ve looked at every auto sales site nationwide, and all the ones at or near my price range have either been rebuilt, totaled, or stolen.

Gotcha. Did not know it was such a Unicorn!

Edit: Not sure you are going to hit that $35k price point on anything with decent miles :grimacing:

So, given this, does that maybe say that your budget is too low for the car you want to buy?

that one is a 1LE, he might have a shot close to $40k for a regular 2SS. tough to find but I did see one Used 2023 Chevrolet Camaro For Sale at Atlantic Auto Group | VIN: 1G1FH1R76P0122860

besides that maybe look on camaro forums for a private seller

Don’t buy a former rental, and your budget is too low.

I can’t make heads or tails out of all of the SS, 1LE, RS and whatnot.

Yeah, budget is low based on the market now. It just sucks the value of this car got hyperinflated because they discontinued it in 2024. Hoping to find some lease returns priced more reasonably.

Yeah, the one you linked is fully-fully loaded with only 800 miles.

No, the values were up well before that. I picked up a clean low mileage ‘17 2SS 6spd for like 33k back in 2019 (?). That was a stupid deal at the time. Car was hidden at a Cadillac dealer and yellow is usually a tough sell, so I grabbed the deal & made a buck on it the following year. That car today you’d probably be lucky to get at close to 40k.

This post the complete opposite of mine. I’m looking to possibly move on from my Scat Pack to a econobox, you’re making me second guess that decision.

You will regret it if you’re a gearhead and truly enjoy driving.

you will hate your life. take it from someone who got into an Integra Type S coming from a Tesla Model Y. Everytime I get back into the Tesla, an angel loses its wings.

edit: actually, the Mazda 3 Premium 6-spd might be quite a nice option. Stick shift, lightweight, cheap and easily gets 30MPG with some very very nice creature comforts. Used market has it around $25k lightly used.

have you tried looking on visor.vin?
