This is not that bad at all. I wouldn’t say it’s a good deal but it’s not that far off what these go for.
Quickly checked a couple brokers and was seeing around 1000/effective for lower msrp without tax figured in. It’s also 12k vs 10k which adds cost.
There are probably people paying 2k/mo for that same car, now that is thread worthy.
It’s not like you’re going to find this for 800/mo

It might give some SMs some market research or allow them to bullshit a bit to throw off other dealers what their walk-ins are paying. There is definitely a note in the CRM at six dealerships on this guy though.

Not a lease, but good lord is this a terrible deal, especially from a mainstream franchised dealer (Newport Beach, CA). I can’t imagine it would be a good feeling by year 12 or 13 still paying close to $3k/month (plus maintenance) for a nearly 15-year-old exotic:
