It is LOADED
You would think. But then he also has it listed for $100k more
I almost want someone to call this man for a wellness check. He is out of his damn mind
And the worst color possible, Pewter.
I like pewter on the W211 e class, especially the wagon.
This Merc has to be posted by someone who uses commas instead of decimals as separators, right?
You can get this slightly murderous 7-series for only $1.7mm
500-1,000x more than it should be since it’s been restored.
Is it too soon for a pawn stars meme?
Go home Chima N., you’re drunk… Even if Karl Benz himself sharted in that car.
Naaa, he just have a stash of some good weeds
several owners and restored? Ill give you like 4k.
A cool $3k per month original lease
Just came across this on Reddit.
Challenger, $18,000 down, $435/month.
Guy is basically paying $35 payment with $400+ rent charge per month.
Am I reading it wrong? How the hell does that happen?
Sounds right
I bet that RV is low so his payments are basically going into interest. Same thing with my Wagoneer. I’ll be making 54K in payments but buyout is 58K. I’m paying half of the car so easier I just buy it out now with a “lower” buyout of 84K cause half of my payment going to interest vs principle
Where there’s smoke…
Here’s the fire…
Geez Louise… They saw this boy coming 10 miles away and they smoked him! Here are a few particulars…
Adj. Cap = 39771.75
RV = 38834.40 (RF = 66%)
Base Payment = 423.51
Lease Amortization rate = 12.25…% YIKES!
Term = 36 months
Adj. Lease Bal. after 4 payments = 39683.71
Buyout after 4 payments = 39683.71 plus tax @4.71% plus early term fees plus other applicable taxes/admin fees. Depending upon Ally’s early term fees, his buyout could exceed 42500+. So, now he’s going to finance a used car at God only knows what rate.
Notice the difference between the adj cap and RV… 937.35. RV is not low compared to the adj. cap. But @djrabbi is right. A HUGE chunk of his payment is allocated to the rent charge (interest). His average interest payment is 397.47 and average depreciation payment is 26.04 over the term of the lease. Good grief, Charlie Brown.
How does this even happen
Wall Street loves this - covers any losses in the portfolio
Great asset class
Big reputation risk but Stellantis isn’t for the prime consumer anyway
Can you make this for my Wagoneer? lol
I’d like to see breakdown vs lease and interest
It’s easy - google it - you’ll get a template- can help you in business- restructure loans etc
I’ll take a look tomorrow in my office.
I know Wagoneer is already upside down but thinking if I bought it out and making same payments, maybe in 3 years I’d be having some equity or break even
