Worried about my Money Security Deposits

First off, I will call Lexus first thing in the morning (it’s Sunday). I just have incredibly bad anxiety now though.

I’m worried about my Money Security Deposits. I sold my lease to the Infiniti dealer I leased from. I though I was making out on the deal, payoff ~24k, they gave me ~31k (so I went home with a smoking deal on a new lease and a 7k check). I had roughly 2.7k in MSDs in the account, which were NOT part of the payoff. I was told by three separate Lexus representatives that I would get this back after the payoff. I have leased three other Lexus with MSDs paid back in a week. The account was closed on the 8th, I have not received the check yet. Did the dealer get my money?

Things are moving slow right now. I’d call and confirm, but I wouldn’t stress over 10 days.

It’s been 5 business days. Many reports across various mfr’s indicate two - six weeks for return of ms
