Could have had it at 409 if I paid the first months payment on delivery, but instead just drove it off the lot without a penny. Also, if you’d like to pay the full 9 MSD’s, you could get this at about $365 with first month payment, or $376 with just the MSD’s.

I know it isn’t in the .6-.8 range like some of the super deals, but on a car that is averaging about 5% discount, I felt like this was a screaming deal.

You might be able to get $2,000 lease cash if you pick it up today or tomorrow. Not sure how Lexus cuts off monthly promos.

Residual on 36/12 should be 58% with a money factor of .00080. You’re going to have to get a really aggressive discount to get a great deal. I would target a 13% discount off MSRP ($40,000). Anything more than that, and I’d walk.

9 MSD’s are possible, and it would be $4,000.

Not sure this is possible, at least in Ohio. Not much competition. Got $6533 off MSRP: $46125. Lease cash in.
