Will i Pay for Overage Miles if i am going to buy my lease car after term end?

Newbie Question: i leased a Acura MDX in 2020 for 30k miles / 3 year . i am already at 27k miles so now i am thinking i will just buy the car once my lease term end my question is if i go over the 30k miles and i will buy the car in the end will i have to pay for overage miles to acura or no?

If you buy the car out at the end, you pay the buyout amount. Doesn’t matter if there’s 1 mile on the vehicle or 100k miles. Mileage overage fees only occur if you turn the vehicle in at lease end back to Acura.
