Why doesn’t the 2025 Honda Civic SI lease well? The best offer I got from brokers is $2k down, $436/month + tax for 36 months/10k miles, with no loyalty or competitive incentives. 
Honda isnt heavily incentivizing the lease since they move fine without.
Lots of vehicles arent good lease candidates.

SI or Type R are ‘enthusiast’ cars and those do not lease well at all.
Even the Ioniq 5 N which gets the $7500 rebate still is a terrible lease.
