My recent i4 lease has a $300 purchase option fee in the contract. My previous BMW leases have had this at $0. I am curious who sets this amount? Could I have negotiated it with the dealership before signing?
The odds that I buy out are low, so I didn’t make a thing of it, but I am curious if it’s something the dealership made a bit of money on.
