I’m looking to lease for the first time. 36 month lease with 10k miles/yr. I can put 5k down but from what I read, it seems that 0 down is the way to go.
I’m in GA and have excellent credit.
These are the cars I’m interested in. Which one should I go for to get the best value/deal?

Genesis GV80

Tahoe

Maybe the MDX or Infiniti QX60 depending on what incentives such as loyalty, conquest, etc you are eligible for and can use MSD.

Everything else in your list is an atrocious lease
If something’s not in the Marketplace it’s probably even worse.
I’ve seen a few GC’s in the marketplace for a good price recently. Might be worth a look.
I’m also in GA and am struggling to find dealers. I’m not asking for anything unreasonable but they don’t seem to want to play ball. I’m mainly looking at the Hyundai IONIQ 6 though.
Not necessarily. Depends on what the MF is and what your appetite for risk is.
It’s just important to remember that the down payment should be considered when comparing total lease cost.
I found a few dealers that were willing to do ~20% off MSRP on GCLs with all incentives ex. Jeep TDM offer (which would make it around 22% off MSRP)…MF is not great, but still under $500/mo. for the 4x2 limited trim.
The 5th gen 4runners are nowhere near as atrocious as they used to be
