Where do you invest your money?

Bitcoin is incredibly easy to track and trace. Who owns the wallets it goes to is another story

its not my department so i don’t really know anything about it. i try and stay away from obvious scams as best as i can.

I’ve been aware of bitcoin for a decade. I remember figuring out it was trash when I spent 10 minutes learning what a deflationary spiral was. This has proven out; it’s not a viable currency. It never, ever will be. Its network doesn’t even support more than several transactions/second.

Your article is as all articles are about blockchain: lot’s of ā€œtestingā€ and "could"s. This supposed tech (which is really just a digital rube goldberg machine) has been out for years. When will it start to matter?

The comabtive tone of your defense of this unproven tech is consistent with what I’ve observed by pro crypto people over the years.

No crypto holdings here had BTC early on at $100 and sold. I worked over the past 10 years with a number of high level Developers who love the tech and hate the coin side. Not combative at all actually just up for a friendly debate with people who actually do some semblance of research. Orange man bad 50 thousand foot naysayers dont do it for me.

Not sure what trump has to do with it…

Its figurative of where many on this thread are at with any hot topic, Elon, Crypto, Trump…Say they suck, few others grass eaters yell the same and it becomes gospel. I tend to research before I shit on something, the masses just read a headline and regurgitate it to sound smart.

Full transparency I have spent a good bit of time on the Reddit buttcoin forum over the years. I don’t hate crypto because I heard it sucks. I hate it because everything I’ve seen tells me it does.

It’s not solving anything, and vast proof of work mining operations are definitely wasting electricity to answer math problems nobody needs answered.

Crypto is just digital beanie babies without the cuteness.

Still you hate what you don’t understand. I don’t collecting sneakers but I don’t shit on those that do.

You assume I hate it because I don’t understand it. This is a pretty infantile take…and so we’re done. Best of luck to you.

It was a lazy response I lost interest honestly

how does this work for you?

crypto is just another area where we’ve fallen behind the chinese.

Haha not 1600 lol…that’s embarrassing your better than that. At least get into the thousand like this petition lol.

If you think crypto is where we fell Behind China, Diane Feinsteins driver, Mark Zuckerberg wife as well as Mitch MCConnels beg to differ.

Embracing the scientific method I have concluded that if this group of scientists do not like blockchain it is simply because they do not understand it.

Actually, I don’t hate blockchain. I just think it’s pretty silly. It may, one day have a use case. Nobody has really figured that out yet, but maybe one day…

My hatred I reserve for the current stock of crypto. Now, this stuff is through and through trash. Buffet calls it rat poison. But what does he know–have fun staying poor. I think it’s cancer. It’s rife with fraud, has been for years, and is desperately in need of regulation. Bitcoin alone burns more energy than some countries. Entire buildings are full of space heaters just running solving literally nothing. It produces nothing of value, so it’s not even digital gold. It’s based entirely on the greater fool theory. It leads to people considering suicide and destroying their lives. You can see that on celsius network recently, but this is just one catastrophe of many: Celsius And until/unless regulators save these people from themselves they will continue to greedily chase quick money and get rekt doing so.

I wish I could invest as well as the Pelosi’s.

Worth of $46M actually isn’t that high in this area…I’m actually surprised it’s that low, with all the opportunity for insider knowledge.

I think that figure is off. If you Google the Pelosi’s net worth, its showing $135M.

Ah…THAT makes more sense. Public service pays very well!

Their is an etf that tracks the Pelosi’s investments…obv it’s behind on the timing but he doesn’t appear to be a day trader either.
