I am trying to get a lease buyout loan through a credit union. They asked me to upload the lease buyout packet and odometer form signed. Is this something I have to get from the finance company of my car?
Yes, needs to come from the lessor
you log onto your payment portal and there should be Lease buyout option.
How do I get the odometer statement from them. Do I just find a local form, print and sign it?
Yep that should work.
Just an example but when I log into my account at MBFS and go to the payoff secrion there is a link to an odo disclosure statement (MBFS requires this as well when buying out a lease).

I found the odometer release statement but looks like I have to send it in to AHFC to get it signed. There is a section at the bottom that says date form received from lessee and lessor’s signature. Is that correct?
Just sign it and send it to the bank. They should submit it with the buyout money
