If you want the best deal start reading what everyone else is doing. Which companies have the best incentives. Once you know the math and how to calculate the lease then reach out to dealers and start the dance.
The best deals take time and effort, there is no list.

Exactly what @DangerousBri said. Brokers here often offer good deals which is better than your local dealership most of the time. This saves your time significantly.
If you prefer to do it yourself and if you do it right, you get better deals but you need to spend minimum 1 month doing research, negotiate and etc specially if this is your first lease. The difference can be significant so money wise worth it but depends if you have time and energy for doing that.
Giving you an example: I got my first lease (BMW X1) after few months of negotiation and research for $250 per month where almost all brokers here said it is impossible and they know everything and no California dealership offers that but I signed the lease happily. The best I was getting here was about 350-400 per month for the same range MSRP X1. If you are looking for BMW in Norcal I can help by connecting you with few local dealers that they gave me good offers. Iâm currently shopping for my next lease.
