What's the going sale price for a Niro EV Wave?

,

I’ve heard a lot about EV prices falling, so I wanted to check in with the experts and see what they think about the price a local dealership is offering.

Window Sticker MSRP (includes factory options + F&H) - $47,800

Base MSRP - $44,550

Add-On Price
Capet Mats $175
Interior Light $325
2 Level Cargo Board $60
Wheel Locks $65
Wave Preserve (Heating Package) $1,300
Total Manf Add-ons $1,925
Freight and Handling $1,325

Dealer is offering a discount of $4,786 bringing the Market Price to $43,014 . How much more room do you all think there is to be had on these? Dealers in my area are commonly marking these down 2-5K below MSRP.

Only 4.7k? Where’s all the other incentives?

Check the Marketplace to see what discounts are being offered before incentives nationwide

Does that include lease cash and incentives?

A dealer discount of $4,786 seems very strong, but not if the dealer is also including incentives (e.g., the $3,750 finance bonus cash) in that amount.

Are you buying or leasing? This is definitely a vehicle to lease rather to finance since there’s $5,000 in lease cash, plus an inflated residual in the high 60%. The Niro EV doesn’t otherwise qualify for the $7,500 federal tax credit since it’s not made in North America.
