What's the best luxury EV to lease for 18/24 months?

24 months, 10k/12k miles options. I’m looking at the EQS and the Lucid Air Touring (18 months), any other options to consider? Also side-eyeing the Ariya Platinum. Looked at the GV60, but it doesn’t lease well, and GV70 feels like a smaller interior than the GV60.

Interested in more luxury options like heated windshield, driver assistance packages, 360 view camera, etc.

Don’t really like the iX and definitely no Tesla. Located in NJ.

A Q8 Etron prestige would’ve been a solid fit before Audi nuked the programs this month. If you can be patient, maybe it will return for April.

This month is EQS March Madness

Will probably end up with EQS, but wanted to see other available options too.

Ok so what are the prices for each considering the rebates you qualify for (Amex, fleet, etc) and with the options you need?

Lucid pricing is on their website and EQ* and Ariya pricing are in the Marketplace

EQS it is. Don’t look any further.

I have an EQS lined up already via marketplace, $41k off after rebates/discounts. But wanted to see what alternative models there were.

Costco, Amex, not much else I qualify for.

EQS or Ariya Platinum. I checked out the Ariya and was impressed with this trim, seems like pricing has dropped from recent posts compared to January/February too (so has EQS and that’s a much nicer car as long as you don’t get the gremlins).

Just to give you an idea, the dealer I got my Ariyas from was offering the following last month:

2023 Nissan Ariya Platinum+ AWD (63k MSRP)
18 month/10k miles
NJ Residents: $395 per month with 1st month DAS

He doesn’t have any Platinums left, but you can try to replicate since the program remains mostly the same for March. Nissan allows you to purchase additional miles during the lease for 0.10 a mile.

I have the Platinum+ trim and like it a lot. It’s very well equipped for the price and not much of a risk since it a short term lease. I’m sure the Mercedes and Lucid are much more luxurious. I would’ve considered an EQS if I didn’t already have 3 Ariyas

That doesn’t mean much compared to what your effective monthly and total cost are.

It’s this deal from marketplace, but with 24/10 instead of 36/7.5, and will put down max MSDs. EQS doesn’t really lease well for 24 months, but would rather not get stuck with the car for an extra year if I don’t need it, especially since Mercedes doesn’t allow lease transfers. I think residual for 24 months is 56%.

Not the best deal around, had better options, but I was keen on the AR HUD and didn’t have to deal with shipping.

Thanks! I saw a similarly priced deal on marketplace from Autocompanions, so it looks pretty good.

Maybe if I wait until end of March (Nissan year end) we will see some really crazy options on it. The car test drove really nice and the payments and length is just too good.

Yeah. But not if you use the brokers who hyped up their February deals and couldn’t deliver to most customers

I’d suggest to start working on it now if you find something you like because inventory is becoming slim.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the answers. I’ll stick to the EQS for now, still a class above the other options.

Hi guys - looking for EQS in the $130K price range. Willing to fly and drive back or ship from anywhere in country (to Indiana). Can anyone point me to dealers or brokers that have some remaining? Thank you.
