I have a 1080P Garmin dash cam but I would like to know whats the best 4k camera.
I know people saw the insurance fraud with that Honda in Queens, NY

Blackvue by far, have had them since 2016, kept my first one for 6 years and moved between multiple cars with no issues.

The new viofo models using the new Sony starvis 2 sensor is pretty good

Yeah I got one and liked it enough for another car. The nice thing about this cam is when the car starts it has a settable audio that uses voice to confirm that recording is going. After a while you completely don’t notice it–unless there is a problem, in which case it will tell you the card needs formatting (which is then done by pressing just a single button).
So in other words if there is a problem with it you know up front. It’s also small in the windshield.
I have Viofos and stand by them.
