Not really. Reliable has been great for me and a bunch of other LH! They did tell me that they prioritize service to major metropolitan areas like NJ, Detroit, Chicagoland, Philadelphia, NYC, Atlanta, Baltimore, Miami, and down the west coast as well. Maybe you just live in a non priority area?

Was there a 911 sale I missed? I want one now 
I’ve never used them, but the latest quote I received advised a potential pickup window of 1-5 weeks. Seems a bit drastic. That could just be blanket/generic verbiage for their quote form also. 
I have had them tell me before that they don’t deliver to certain areas.

My dispatcher basically said that if its not within a reasonable distance of their artery routes for OEM distribution they won’t bother. He was a driver and idk how accurate that is.
Their logistical network is incredibly impressive and I highly recommend then, and can pass a cell # for my contact there if you’re willing to pay to play - they’re the only one lots of people trust for exotics, and now I see why.
