The Sewell dealerships have a cult following. Family members in Texas will only purchase from them. Being from the Northeast I don’t get it at all.
In short, it’s the Neiman Marcus of Luxury car buying and servicing as far as Texas goes. The price won’t always be the best but you better believe they’ll butter you up all the way.
It also doesn’t end after you’ve signed:
They have a very pointed focus on customer satisfaction and retention, I’ve literally seen them goodwill stuff that 100% should have been customer pay many times without being asked to.
I’m proud to say their stores are in my dealer network.

Did you opt for an S or an SE?
110S - if I was purchasing i’d do the 6 cylinder, 4 is sufficient, but at times can feel a little underpowered.

Funny-I ordered a 23 the first day I could as well.
The only gripe I have is lack of power seats in the 2022 but other than that, absolutely love the Defendah. 23 has power seats

I went with the 4 since we leased it. If I were buying for 179, it would be a 6 all day, as you said.
How do you have yours spec’d? I currently am looking at 4 months before the order is even placed.

Interior-I like the leather

The new one will be Carpathian w Vintage Tan (im a sucker)
I like to build ones that look the most expensive for the lease amount of $$.
